Q: I just placed my order, when does it ship?

A: Most orders ship out the same day if received before 12PM EST.

Q: What are your standard Warranty Terms?

A: Most units are refurbished and come with a standard 5 day Right of Refusal as well as a 90 day Warranty.

Q: What are your standard payment terms?

A: The first order is Credit Card Only.  Once terms are established they are net 30.  All international customers must use wire transfer.

Q: Does TesCom have a switch?

A: Yes, TesCom owns an operational 5ESS switch so you can be assured your refurbished Lucent Cards will perform to Manufacturer Specifications.
